Here, the V30 sits pride of place as the primary mic’d driver. You guessed it: all the complex overtones, tasty low-end and vocal mid-range have been expertly captured, topped with a detailed, buttery smooth top-end. Pull back any one of the 8 stellar mics and the tight low end, punch and clarity of the sidelined Greenback comes into full effect.
