Slide Channel A works as an ultra clean US-voiced preamp with high headroom ginvg "those" legendary clean tones. The bass and treble controls (based on the original F style tonestack) are placed before the gain stages, allowing you to fine tune the tone before it hits the tube. 12 volts pedal on the outside
200 volts tube preamp on the inside
Switch to Hot Fusion mode and you jump channel A into B. In this mode, channel A effectively becomes a boost pedal for B. Both channel's EQs cascade giving you the power and response like no other pedal.
Mix them together
Two unique channels
with independent voicing and EQ
Channel B outputs a hot, yet still kinda clean, US-voiced tone with smooth harmonic overtones when pushed hard. The three-band EQ (with sweepable mids) is placed after the gain stages for precise and responsive tone shaping. Going direct from a pedalboard comes with the drawback of leaving all the tube warmth your amp brings, at home. The preamp section of the amp is critical for fully developing the identity of your tone.

The Two notes Le Clean is a tube pre-amp featuring our trademark True High Voltage design. At the heart of LeClean is a JJ EC83 S preamp tube, running at 200 volts internally, which has been specifically chosen for this pedal.

The dynamics, headroom, warmth and that precise response you'd expect from a vintage Californian clean tube amp is just there, right on your pedalboard - The perfect preamp for when you want to go direct. Le Clean is the designed to slot in as a tube overdrive in front of, or in the loop of, your favorite amp.
HOT FUSION COLD FUSION MIX AND BALANCE CHANNELS A & B JUMPING FROM CHANNEL A TO CHANNEL B Hitting both channels at once will let you run channel A and B in parallel. This is the Cold Fusion mode. In this mode, the Fusion knob lets you balance the output level of both channels for rich, fat, doubled tones.

Slide Le Clean has an analog cabinet simulation to go direct from your pedalboard. The simulation is based on Brit VintC DynIR cabinet with Dyn57 microphone. With great power comes great flexibility Plug your headphones straight to Le Clean and play your pedalboard silently thanks to the internal analog cabinet simulation. Everything you need to know about the Preamp pedals.
There is simply too much to write here about what sets these apart from the others. If you want to go full nerd, you can in this article.

What is “Fusion Mode”?
Fusion mode allows you to stack the two difference channels of the Preamps. You can find more about it in this article.

What’s the difference between Channel A and B?
With two very distinct voicings, it’s like having two very different preamps in one unit. You can find more out about the channels in this article.

Is it 100% analog?
Apart from a couple of internal microcontrollers that are not within the audio path, the Preamps are 100% analog.

Can I change the built-in cab sim? Can I load IRs?
The speaker sim within the Preamps are analog and are hardwired in. There are no Virtual Cabinets or IRs within the unit.
